How to delete your Banksola account
You can delete your Banksola app profile from the mobile apps. This website does not host login or account deletion forms.
Delete from the iOS or Android app
- Open Banksola and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose the account deletion option and confirm.
Deleting the profile removes the in-app account used for budgets, manual accounts, and linked-bank data associated with that profile. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
If you cannot open the app
Email privacy@banksola.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete the profile. Include enough detail for us to verify the request.
Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your server profile.
