Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms cover the Banksola website and mobile apps. They replace the prior Bannking.com terms for this rebuilt public site and must be reviewed by counsel before publication.
Effective date: 27 October 2026. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
1. The service
Banksola is a personal finance application. It helps you organize accounts, transactions, and budgets. It is not a bank, broker, or insured depository institution. Nothing on the site is an offer of banking, lending, or investment services.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a contract and meet the age rules of the App Store or Google Play. The apps are intended for people who can lawfully use consumer finance software. We do not knowingly serve children under 13.
3. Accounts
App profiles are created in the iOS or Android apps, not on this website. You are responsible for credentials, for information you enter, and for banks you choose to connect through Plaid (a Premium feature). You may delete your in-app account from profile settings.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in an abusive way, or use Banksola for unlawful activity. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated.
5. Feature limitations
Features depend on your device, network, linked institutions, and app version. Plaid availability varies by institution. Scheduled transfers in the app are not a guarantee of bank-rail settlement. Premium features require a valid in-app subscription.
6. Subscriptions and fees
The core app may be downloaded without paying. Premium is sold through Apple or Google in-app purchase. Prices, taxes, and cancellation are governed by those stores. Banksola does not invent additional website checkout fees here.
7. Third-party services
Plaid, Apple, Google, VoiceMaker, and hosting providers are independent. Their terms apply when you use them. The website may link to the App Store and Google Play.
8. Intellectual property
The Banksola name, original logo, and site content are owned by the operator or its licensors. You may not copy the brand to imply a false affiliation.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. We do not warrant that account balances imported from third parties are complete or that the app will be uninterrupted. You remain responsible for your real bank accounts.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from bank-data delays, device issues, or third-party outages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account. We may stop offering features or the service with notice where required.
12. Disputes and law
Do not rely on this paragraph until counsel chooses a venue. Source documents conflict: legacy terms pointed to Texas; legacy privacy pointed to Tennessee.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
